Do I need any fitness experience to start at Solid Rock?

Not at all. Most of our members hadn't done any structured training before they walked through our doors. Every session is coached and scaled to your ability, so you'll feel comfortable and challenged from day one — no matter where you're starting.

What happens at the free intro session?

You'll sit down with a coach, tell us about your goals and any limitations, get a tour of the gym, and experience a short workout so you can see what training here feels like. It's relaxed, no-pressure, and designed to answer all your questions.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and clean athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle — we provide everything else. No special gear or equipment needed.

Is this good for weight loss and getting in shape?

Absolutely. Our functional strength and conditioning programming is designed to help you look good, move well, and feel great. Combined with consistency and coach guidance, our members see real changes in body composition, energy, and confidence.

Group Personal Training is our signature 45-minute coach-led session with a small group — you get expert programming and personal attention at a more accessible price. Personal Training is fully one-on-one with a coach, with a custom plan built entirely around your specific goals and needs.
